| Job Description / Responsibilities |

- To ensure that operational personnel conduct their duties in accordance with company safety practices and regulations.
- To ensure supervision and planning in the container terminal with regard to vessel operation.
- Ensure smooth operations at the container freight station.
- Responsible for deployment and optimum utilisation of manpower and equipment.
- To liaise with shipping lines / agents on operational matters.
- Ensure ship reports are completed promptly.
- Experienced with computerized container management systems.
- Break bulk experience an advantage
- To liaise with engineering staff to ensure planned maintenance schedules are maintained.

PREFERABLY AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS IN A SIMILAR ROLE WITHIN THE PORT ENVIRONMENT OR MINIMUM 5 YEARS SEA GOING EXPERIENCE ON CONTAINER VESSELS. |

- Age 25 - 45 Years
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
