Position : Sr Financial Analyst / Assistant Manager
Functional Area :
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager.
  • This position is responsible for financial model building/analysis for new projects / assignments as and when required.
  • Responsible for measurement, planning and forecasting of Marketing activities and implications to income statement and balance sheet.
  • Responsible to develop new capabilities to improve processes and monitor internal controls.
  • Evaluate business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business.
  • Provide linkage across organization of analytical methods and definitions used in analysis and reporting of acquisition and base offers, valuation of customers and health of the customer base.
  • Serve as a resource to the management and Finance teammates on analytical methods and financial measures for business.

Job Description / Responsibilities :
  • Liaison with project team to prepare/review financial models for new projects/acquisitions.
  • Analysing KPI’s and reviewing MIS reports for various local and overseas operations.
  • Performing industry competitive analysis.
  • Driving financial planning processes and capital budget decisions
  • Comprehending and influencing the impacts of technology decisions
  • Providing functional business support to Supply Chain, R&D, Projects and Marketing.
  • Liaison with projects and other customers as well as local and international activities.
  • To assess future financial impact on business and business opportunities.
  • To contribute to policy on future activity in financial terms.
  • To ensure strong collaboration within the team at all times to provide and maintain an accurate and timely flow of information.
  • To provide technical support to business and carry out relevant research program.
  • To prepare and presentation of reports and analysis.
  • Presence at industry functions as appropriate.

Education : Preferably: CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
Experience :
  • Minimum 7 years.
  • SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WITH SOLID FINANCIAL MODELING, ANALYTICAL AND BUSINESS PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS WITH PROFICIENCY IN MS EXCEL.
  • A PROVEN RECORD OF LEADERSHIP AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILL IS ALSO REQUIRED.
  • BACKGROUND IN FINANCE/ACCOUNTING, PROJECTS, SUPPLY CHAIN/OPERATIONS AND OTHER RELATED BUSINESS OR TECHNICAL DISCIPLINES ARE PREFERRED.
  • CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN A MULTI-CULTURAL AND INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT, EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND INTER PERSONAL SKILLS, FLEXIBLE CONSTRUCTIVE AND INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO BUSINESSES.
  • DESIRABLE: EXPERIENCE OF LIVING OVERSEAS.
  • (PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE MIDDLE EAST ENVIRONMENT AND BUSINESS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE).
Other Requirements :
  • Age 35-40 Years.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent man-management, organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure and use initiative in problem solving.
  • Computer literate and familiar with typical MS Office applications.
