Gulf Container Repair is conveniently located within the container terminals at Sharjah and Khorfakkan, with facilities at the Sharjah Inland Container Depot being developed. These locations allow immediate and cost effective attention to damaged containers. The service is provided by experienced, IICL5 qualified staff, whether in workshop, inspection or shell repair and covers the full range of container types. The onsite advantages are recognised by a number of shipping lines who have contractual arrangements to provide inspection and repair facilities for their full stock of containers. Container washing and cleaning services are also available at the terminals.

The division is the authorised agent for a number of reefer container manufacturers and hold stocks of spare parts ensuring the fastest possible repairs.

The division is increasingly being asked by Ship-owners to provide running repairs to their vessels and equipment whilst loading or discharging in the terminals, thereby effecting repairs cost effectively and without downtime.
