    APL Emirates Managing Director, Jakob Hansen has praised Gulftainer and Sharjah Port Authority in the aftermath of the fire at Port Khalid on 18th August. Despite the blaze guttering the port's oil storage facility, the firm's vessel, the APL Shenzhen, continued with its scheduled call at the harbor.
